The wire rods in the yard house are identified through a barcode tag and when tags get misplaced/removed during manual handling. This leads to erroneous identification of goods of different wire rod grades and dispatched to the customer.
At present the finished goods are identified manually by tags with barcodes and the traceability is maintained.
While handling , the tag is removed and hence the product gets mixed up ; as a result the product is mixed up and thereby wrong material dispatch.
